According to “Gazzetta dello Sport”, Araujo has agreed to move to Juventus, as confirmed by his agents. Nonetheless, “Mundo Deportivo” reports that his representatives are cautious not to fuel speculations, and Barcelona has yet to receive an official offer from the Old Lady.
Meanwhile, “Corriere dello Sport” notes that despite Juventus treating Araujo’s transfer seriously, they are also evaluating other options due to his health issues. The Uruguayan underwent surgery for a thigh muscle last summer, restricting him to just one appearance this season. Despite this, he remains under contract with Barcelona until 2026.
