After this season, Francis Ouma joined other international teams, including Azam FC, Parma FC, and GD Tourizense.
Then, after two years spent with international clubs, he returned and joined the Kenyan football club, Sofapaka, with whom he also participated in the FKF Premier League.

After the end of the season, he moved to Parma, an Italian football club. However, he never played a competitive game for Parma, and he quickly moved to the Portuguese FC G. D. Tourizense. In addition, during this period, he participated in the World Cup qualification Africa.
In 2010, while he participated in the World Cup qualification, he managed to score one goal. However, he made his return to the country, joining Sofapaka Football Club.
More division disturbed his career with playing for numerous clubs across Europe before arriving at his last club abroad, FC Grenchen, in Switzerland in 2014, as a striker.
Overall, after many years playing with his national team and receiving the top scorer award during the FKF Premier League in 2012, he moved to join Bad Liebenwerda football club in 2015.
